Technical specification of our organic cotton fabric

When you are selling a premium t-shirt, the fabric quality is the first thing your customers will notice. We use 100% organic cotton that is GOTS certified. This ensures that the cotton was grown without toxic pesticides and processed ethically.

Here are the specific details of the fabric we use for our white-label t-shirts:

• Fabric Weight: We offer 180 GSM for a standard, breathable feel and 220 GSM for a heavy, luxury feel.
• Cotton Type: We use combed cotton. This process removes short, prickly fibers and leaves only the long, smooth ones. It makes the shirt feel soft against the skin and prevents pilling.
• Fabric Construction: Most of our t-shirts use a Single Jersey knit. This gives the fabric a nice stretch and a smooth surface that is perfect for printing your designs.
• Shrinkage Control: We pre-shrink our fabric so your customers don’t have to worry about the shirt getting smaller after the first wash.
• Dyeing: We use eco-friendly dyes that are safe for the skin and don’t fade quickly in the sun.

Customization and branding options for your brand

Even though the t-shirt pattern is ours, the branding is all yours. You can customize the shirts in several ways to make them look unique to your company.

We can remove our internal tags and sew in your own custom woven labels or print your logo directly on the inside of the neck. We also offer different printing methods like screen printing or embroidery.

If you want to be fully sustainable, we can even provide compostable packaging bags for each shirt.

Our Manufacturing and Shipping Process

We handle everything from our facility in India. Once you choose your t-shirt style and send us your logo, we create a sample for you to check. After you approve the sample, we start the bulk production. We check every single shirt for loose threads or marks before we pack them.

For shipping to Western countries, we can send orders by air for speed or by sea if you want to save on costs. We provide all the paperwork needed for customs so the delivery is smooth.
